Nimitt Raj Sharma is an assistant professor in the Department of Communication and Media Studies with extensive experience in both academia and the media industry. He has done his Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication from Jaipur National University. With a professional background at The Times of India, one of the leading media houses of the country, he worked on writing, conceptualizing and ideating on news and feature stories etc. He has gained diverse editorial know-how on products ranging from broadsheets, hyper-local supplements, tabloids, magazines, coffee table books to promotional ads and campaigns. Along with it he has authored two individual chapters in two different books. Dedicated to imparting quality education, he brings a wealth of field expertise to the classroom. He leverages practical insights and theoretical frameworks to prepare students for the dynamic world of journalism and mass communication.

Ms. Kanika Grover is a PhD fellow at Sunrise University, Alwar, specializing in electronic media with a focus on its impact on youth. With over four years of teaching experience, she also brings valuable industry expertise, having worked as a Research Associate for the Congress party’s campaign, Ladki Hun, Lad Sakti Hun. Her professional background includes internships with prestigious organizations such as IIMC, Amar Ujala, and the News Network of India. Ms Grover, possesses a deep expertise in research and industry collaborations. She is passionate about imparting knowledge to students through innovative and Gen Z-driven approaches, ensuring that learning is both engaging and relevant in today’s fast-evolving world.

Mrs. Falaknaaz Muzaffari

Mrs. Falaknaaz S. Muzaffari is an English Language Teaching (ELT) professional currently serving as Assistant Professor of English. She holds a Master’s degree in ELT and is presently pursuing her PhD in Multimodal Teaching through Krashen’s Input Hypothesis. She has been awarded the Best Teacher Award (Academic Review Award 2023) in recognition of her innovative and impactful teaching practices at her previous institute. She is a British Council-certified C1-level (Advanced) English language user. She has contributed to MOOC content development, coordinated BA and MA English programs, guided dissertations and led teacher training workshops on language proficiency and content writing. Her areas of expertise include multimodal pedagogy, curriculum design, digital learning integration, and research mentoring. She remains committed to inclusive, communicative, and research-based approaches to English education, empowering learners across traditional and online platforms.

Dr. Dipak Barkhade

Dr. Dipak Barkhade holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Hyderabad. He has been teaching English language and literature since 2023 and is currently associated with ITM SLS Baroda University. Dr. Barkhade is actively involved in research and has presented papers at various national and international seminars, conferences, and workshops. His research has been published in peer-reviewed and SCOPUS-indexed journals. Recently, he presented a paper at the University of Cyprus. In 2018, he served as a research fellow for six months at National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan. His research interests include linguistic minorities, cultural studies and comparative literature.
