Notable Projects of SOCSET

1. MACHINE LEARNING BASED SMART DIAGNOSIS

Brief Description:

Introducing Diagnostic, it is a cutting-edge machine learning-powered online web app that aims to change the way we identify illnesses.Diagnostic combines the power of Machine learning algorithms, huge medical databases, and user-friendly interfaces to give an unequaled diagnostic tool to healthcare professionals and patients. A complex machine learning engine at the heart of diagnosis has been rigorously trained on massive volumes of medical data, including symptoms, patient MRIs, and diagnostic test results. This sophisticated engine can analyze complicated patterns and correlations, allowing it to correctly detect a wide range of diseases. Healthcare professionals can easily input patient data, such as symptoms, MRIs, and report values, while the app’s intelligent algorithms process this information to identify any potential disease.

2. MOVIE REVIEW SENTIMENT ANALYSIS

Brief Description:

Users can input a movie name, and the app will retrieve the reviews for that movie from The Movie Database (TMDb) API . This app performs sentiment analysis on movie reviews by using the VADER sentiment analysis tool from the Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK). The app then summarizes the positive and negative reviews.

4. SMART ATTENDANCE SYSTEM

Brief Description:

It automatically captures the live photograph of the student from the device’s camera. After capturing a photo it recognizes the student’s face & automatically updates the student attendance(Enrollment No.,First Name,Last Name,Time & Date ) to a text file. It helps the faculties of institutions to dynamically update the record of students instead of updating it manually. This system uses the concept of Face Recognition.

5. MARKER BASED AUGMENTED REALITY

Brief Description:

Augmented Reality is an interactive experience that enhances the real world with computer-generated perceptual information. Using software, apps, and hardware such as AR glasses, augmented reality overlays digital content onto real-life environments and objects. Augmented Reality works by superimposing digital objects onto real world objects to create a 3D experience that allows users to interact with both the physical and digital worlds.
