TESTIMONIALS

Nidhi Vasava

“Started my internship with diverse ideas in a fresh mind. Designing minute details on paper to executing them on the macro level is much great thing which I have noticed while practically working. Visualising something and then concisely preparing it while making necessary changes as per site requirements. Integrated with colleagues, clientele and designing process. Learnt various soft skills and better use of the knowledge I had. All of this helped me in shaping up professionally for the near future. I would really like to thank ITM (SLS) Baroda University, for providing such a valuable opportunity to learn with training experience.”

Urvi Bhatt

“During my 6th semester of B.ID, I had a chance to do an internship at THE BUILDING FACTORY. The training period was interesting to see how the entire process of designing works. I had perceived how to use the knowledge practically outside the classroom. Weekly tasks were assigned to me to update my knowledge on various topics based on concepts and materials. Had helped me to improve my skills and knowledge area and to use them correctly. Had been able to get site visits, attend client meetings, designing furniture with themes. I am thankful for the first practical exposure in my field provided by our ITM (SLS) Baroda University.”

D. Sculpture Camp

We were thrilled to welcome our esteemed guests from the Government College of Art and Craft, Kolkata, to our annual art & sculpture camp 2023 at School of Art, Architecture and Design, ITM (SLS) Baroda University. This year’s theme was “Experiencing the Artfulness or Experiencing the Artistry,” which reflected our university’s vision of nurturing and celebrating creativity and innovation. Our sculpture camp was a platform for students, faculty, and artists to showcase their talents, learn from each other, and explore new possibilities in the field of art. This event also marked the revival of our art camp tradition after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic situation.
