Prof. (Dr.) Vimal Kumar, M.Pharm, Ph.D.is working as I/c Provost , ITM (SLS) Baroda University & Dean School of Pharmacy and School of Science. Dr. Kumar has also served as an Associate Dean, Pharmacy at Gujarat Technological University. He is having more than 26 years of teaching, research and administrative experience. He served as a Professor & Head at Institute of Pharmacy, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. He did his M. Pharm from Dr. H. S. Gour Central University, Sagar (M.P.) and Ph.D. from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He has published more than 102 research and review papers in various National and International journals. He has received financial assistance under the Sci-Tech Project Scheme and also Minor Research Project from GUJCOST, Gandhinagar. He has also received financial assistance from DST, DBT, DRDO, ICMR, AICTE and GUJCOST etc. for organizing National & International conferences, seminars and workshops.
