Academic Achievement of Students:

We are proud to announce that the students of ITM College of Nursing have successfully completed their course on Computer Concepts, conducted through the All India Computer Information Society (AICIS). This certification program is officially approved by the National Capital Territory (NCT) Government of India and AICIS Computer Education.

The course equipped our students with essential computer knowledge and digital literacy, empowering them to effectively use technology in their academic and professional journey in the healthcare sector.

ITM College of Nursing, in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, successfully organized a one-day training session on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for B.Sc Nursing and GNM 1st Year students. The event aimed to enhance life-saving skills among budding healthcare professionals, equipping them with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in emergency response techniques.

The training session was conducted by certified trainers Ms. Dipali Kansara and Mr.Virendra Pargi from the Indian Red Cross Society, who provided detailed demonstrations and supervised practice sessions to ensure each student gained confidence and competence in performing CPR. The session covered essential topics such as the chain of survival, CPR techniques for adults and children.

This initiative reflects ITM College of Nursing’s commitment to providing quality education through practical learning experiences and fostering partnerships with leading health organizations to empower future nurses with critical life-saving skills.

On the occasion of International Nurses Day, ITM College of Nursing proudly celebrated the dedication, compassion, and tireless service of nurses—the backbone of the healthcare system. The event, held on May 12, 2025, brought together faculty, students, in a vibrant celebration that highlighted the vital role nurses play in shaping healthcare and saving lives.

On the occasion of World Environment Day 2024, ITM College of Nursing, under the aegis of ITM (SLS) Baroda University, proudly collaborated with World Gayatri Pariwar to promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices among students and the community.

This year’s global theme, “Land Restoration, Desertification, and Drought Resilience,” inspired a day full of meaningful activities and collective action toward a greener planet. 

Orientation Program

To mark the beginning of a new academic journey, ITM College of Nursing organized a well-structured and informative Orientation Program for the newly admitted students of B.Sc Nursing (2024–25 batch). The event aimed to welcome the students and familiarize them with the academic environment, institutional values, and the responsibilities they will embrace as future nursing professionals. The program was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Karthik Vishwanathan, a distinguished figure in the medical and academic community, who served as the Chief Guest. In his keynote address, Dr. Vishwanathan spoke about the integral role of nurses in the healthcare system and emphasized the need for continuous learning, empathy, and ethical practice in the nursing profession. His motivational words encouraged students to embrace the course with dedication and pride.

ITM College of Nursing has organized a Health Check-Up camp for the exceptional employees of ITM SLS Baroda University. Join us on this journey of self-discovery with our Body Parameters Assessment sessions, where we monitored important health indicators like Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar Levels, and Body Mass Index (BMI). Lamp Lighting and Oath Taking

A lamp lighting and oath taking was organised by ITM college of Nursing, ITM SLS Baroda University in the presence of Mr. Jonils Macwan, Senior Nursing superintendent, Western Railway Hospital, Vadodara and Florence Nightingale awarded by Honarable president of India smt.Droupadi Murmu at Ratrapati Bhavan, New Delhi in 2022 by his contribution towards patients care and administration during COVID-19.Students of B.Sc Nursing and GNM took the oath before start their clinic training in hospital. Mr.Jonils Macwan Recited the oath for the students.

Nashabandhi

Igniting change in Aasoj village! ITM College of Nursing students rocked the anti-addiction scene with a powerful awareness program on Nashabandhi. Together, we have been breaking barriers and creating a healthier future.

Orientation Program

Leaping into boundless beginnings! Embrace infinite possibilities, crush obstacles, and start afresh”! With this motto, ITM College of Nursing and School of Physiotherapy organized an orientation programme. Mr. Hitesh Bhatt, President, TNAI Gujarat State Branch SSG Hospital graced the occasion as the esteemed chief guest.

Red Cross Day

ITM College of Nursing in association with Indian Red Cross Society, Celebrated the World Red Cross and thalassemia day on 8th may 2024. on this occasion we had organized elocution competition on theme keeping Human A live. Vasava Unnati-Rs.750 Roshnikumari – Rs.500 and Neharl-Rs.200 students of B.Sc Nursing and GNM had received cash price by The Indian Red Cross Society.

Training

ITM College of Nursing took part in mock drills and casualty training organized by ITM Medical Hospital! Our nursing students gained hands-on experience and learned essential emergency skills from medical experts. They are now better prepared to handle critical incidents with confidence and efficiency. On World Leprosy Day, students from ITM College of Nursing visited the Shram Mandir Trust Leprosy Centre in Vadodara. The students learned about treatment modalities for leprosy and the rehabilitation facilities available for patients suffering from leprosy.
