  • Library: Library has a vast collection of latest edition books as well as National and International Journals. It is also provided with digital facility for students and teachers to access e-journals for continuous upgradation of knowledge.
  • Labs: Full-fledged laboratories with adequate supplies and equipment’s for each concerned department are made available for hands on training aimed at skill development.

Clinical Facilities:

The Nursing college have own parent hospital in premises that is 100 bedded multi-speciality ITM Medical Hospital.
ITM College of Nursing is affiliated with GMERS Hospital, Gotri Mental Hospital Karabagh and Rhythm Heart Institute, Vadodara.

Community Facilities:

Institution is affiliated to community health centers in Urban and Rural areas enabling the students to enhance their competencies in functioning as primary health care providers.

Student Welfare Activities:

Along with systematic implementation of curriculum, students are given opportunities for showcasing their talents and innate abilities by partaking in State and National level competitions organized by Student Nurses Association. Health of students are also given prime importance through yearly health checkups and referral medical facilities. The college also organizes cultural events and trips yearly which refreshes students physically and mentally.

BSc Nursing Course:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) is a 4-year degree program that prepares students to become professional nurses. At ITM (SLS) Baroda University, School of Nursing, we offer a comprehensive and advanced curriculum that combines theory with practical training. Course Duration: 4 Years


Eligibility
: Candidates who have completed 10+2 in science with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology theory and Practical & English also as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 45% aggregate marks are eligible to apply for General Category & 40 % for Reserved category (SC,ST & SEBC)



Curriculum
: The BSc Nursing curriculum includes subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Nutrition, and Community Health Nursing etc.


Clinical Training
: Clinical training is an integral part of the BSc Nursing curriculum. Students will undergo hands-on training in various areas such as Medical-Surgical Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, and Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing.


Internship
: Students must complete a mandatory 6-month internship

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM):

General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a 3 year & 6 months course that trains students to become registered nurses. At ITM (SLS) Baroda University, School of Nursing, we offer a comprehensive and practical-oriented curriculum that prepares students to work in various healthcare settings. Some of the key features of our GNM course are:

Course Duration: 3 Years & 6 Months

Eligibility: Candidates who have completed 10+2 in any stream with English as a compulsory subject and a minimum of 40% aggregate marks are eligible to apply in general category & 35% for Reserved category (SC,ST & SEBC)

Curriculum: The GNM curriculum includes subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, Nursing Foundations, Medical-Surgical Nursing, and Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing.

Clinical Training: Clinical training is an integral part of the GNM curriculum. Students will undergo hands-on training in various areas such as Medical-Surgical Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, and Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing.
