About the Campus of ITM SLS Baroda University

ITM SLS BARODA UNIVERSITY VADODARA, GUJARAT, INDIA is a well-reputed State Private University established in 2019 through the State Legislative act no 20 of 2019, Government of Gujarat and recognized by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi under the section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. Samata Lok Sansthan (SLS)Trust, the main sponsoring body of the University, has been in the field of providing quality higher education for the last 20 years in India. In Gujarat, through various colleges and academic institutions, it has been engaged in delivering higher education in the areas of engineering, architecture, pharmacy, management, etc., for more than 10 years. These colleges and institutions have now come under the fold of ITM (SLS) Baroda University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India, after the notification by the Government of Gujarat and recognition by University Grants Commission, New Delhi.

The AI Fusion–2026 conference focuses on the accelerating convergence of Artificial Intelligence, Semiconductors, and Aerospace systems, shaping next-generation capabilities across engineering, healthcare, and management.

The review process for AI Fusion – 2026 is designed to ensure scientific integrity, originality, technical soundness, and relevance to the conference theme. It follows Springer’s guidelines for proceedings and guarantees compliance with international publication standards.

1. Peer-Review Method

  • Double-blind peer-review applied to all submissions
  • Identities of authors and reviewers are concealed to prevent bias
  • No paper is reviewed by individuals affiliated with an author’s institution

2. Reviewer Requirements

  • Minimum of two qualified independent reviewers per paper
  • Reviewers possess a PhD or ≥10 years of relevant R&D experience
  • Reviewers selected from multiple countries to ensure diversity and avoid regional bias
  • Subject alignment ensured through expertise matching with paper keywords

Justification

Multiple reviewer validation and controlled reviewer–paper mapping increase confidence
in decision quality and strengthen the rigor of the evaluation process.

3. Reviewer Workload

  • Maximum of 10 papers assigned per reviewer
  • Workload distribution monitored by the Technical Program Committee (TPC)
  • Controls ensure balanced assignments and adequate attention to detail
