- Gold Medal awardee students are required to confirm their participation in Convocation by email: convocation2024@itmbu.ac.in (SMS 9558560338) please do not call.
- All the diploma, graduate and postgraduate students of ITM (SLS) Baroda University (those qualified / pass out for the diploma/degree in the academic year 2022–23 up to July 2023)
and wish to receive the diploma/degree in the convocation ceremony are required to produce their identification proof (Aadhaar card, I-card, etc.), final semester mark sheet
(along with one self-attested copy) and proof of the convocation fee on 26th April, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00p.m.for registration at registration desk for allowing entry into the
convocation venue. - Candidates must appear in the prescribed academic dress code: Black trouser, white shirt and black shoes / black business suit with tie for males and saree / salwar suits,businesssuits (black/white)for females
- Students must sit only at the allotted seat in the convocation venue
- A full-dress rehearsal is scheduled on 26 April, 2024 from 2 P.M. onwards at Convocation venue i.e. Ashoka Garden to ensure their presence in prescribed dress code.
- Students shall leave their seats only after the academic procession departs.
- No one should assemble in front of the dais and in the aisles.
- During the function, mobile phones should be kept switched off mode.
- The audience present in the Ceremony shall stand up at the following occasions:
- At the time when the academic procession enters the venue and till dignitaries take their seats on dais.
- At the time of receiving of degree
- At the time of national anthem and at the time when the academic procession departs from the Venue
- Personal photography and selfies of entire convocation process are prohibited.
- The official photographer shall carry out photography and videography during the ceremony. Photographs of awardees can be downloaded from university website after fourth days of convocation
- Convocation Ceremony requires complete decorum.
- During the function, the audience will keep sitting in their seats and will not move out of their seats. During the function,Gold medal awardees shall move out of their seats only when their name is called for receiving the award.
- On being called for receiving the gold medal, the awardee students should alight the stage and walk to the dais from one end in a dignified and orderly fashion and come back to his/her allotted seat from the other end of the dais in an orderly sequential fashion.
- After the closing ceremony, 30 minutes will be provided for group photos etc.
- Belongings of Candidates can be allowed on the venue after proper checking with prior permission.
- Join us for convocation dinner at allocated area
